Project Manager

COS Construction is recruiting for a qualified and professional Project Manager to lead a design and construction team to deliver schemes throughout Yorkshire & North West. Strong leadership skills are required to complement technical awareness and the ability to obtain the best results from your team for safe, quality, profitable, and on-time projects.
Responsibilities
- Work to the requirements of the company’s Quality Management system
- Develop the Project Health and Safety Plan
- Implement detailed construction programmes and monitor and provide regular reporting of progress.
- Communicate all employer’s requirements to the team and ensure the supply chain is engaged to deliver collectively on our contractual obligations.
- Develop clear lines of communication with the team and agree on accountabilities to deliver on our commitments.
